As a volunteer leader in the WBENC organization, our company president focuses on providing economic opportunity for women-owned businesses.  In addition, Patti works with the Women BusinessCollaborative to drive the mission of gender equality in business and community.  Many of MYCA's eLearning courses are designed to create amore inclusive work environment for women and people of color by reducing barriers and providing role modeled behavioral techniques for business-related interpersonal relationships.

MYCA not only provides advancement opportunities for its own employees, the training we create opens the door for women and minorities to advance within their own careers as barriers are removed and inclusion for everyone is promoted.
