We identify skills gaps with a skills audit exercise, led and conducted by the senior leadership team and with input from Account Directors during training programme planning. Then, we work hard to deliver relevant training across a range of forums.

On a company level, we host regular training events from both internal and external providers. This varies from skills-based training and ShareThe Knowledge sessions in relevant marketing topics, to Diversity andInclusion training for the whole company, and management training for both first-time and experienced people managers.

Our Brand to Sales Academy – a qualification which staff can ‘graduateʼfrom by completing a set number of modules and an end of course –ensures that all employees, no matter what team theyʼre in or what level theyʼre at, can continually grow their skills
